Nordic Trial Connect
Nordic collaboration on clinical research infrastructures, later named Nordic Trial Connect, was established on 25 April 2025 in Oslo and is a collaborative network of research support organizations across the Nordic countries. Nordic Trial Connect aims to strengthen cooperation on both academic and industry-initiated clinical studies.
Main Objectives
- To strengthen Nordic collaboration between clinical research infrastructures and contribute to the harmonisation and streamlining of operational and administrative support in clinical trials.
- To facilitate and support clinicians and healthcare professionals in advancing clinical research, ensuring high scientific quality, and safeguarding patient safety in clinical trials.
NorCRIN has been commissioned by the network to establish a joint Nordic web portal to support ongoing collaboration. At present, this portal is hosted on the NorCRIN website.
